The phases of the revision surgery

To obtain this result we first proceed with disassembly of the power steering, so as to be able to analyze each individual component accurately and in detail and identify the causes that prevent its correct functioning.

We then continue with the phase wash, with which all parts are degreased and cleaned of any impurities. Once you have carried out the drying and sandblasting, we proceed with the restoration of the smooth parts and any chrome or galvanization.

Subsequently, the painting of the external part. Once this process is completed, we proceed to assembly of the various components, with the replacement of all worn parts. To guarantee customers a good final result, the power steering is subjected to rigorous tests and controls, through a series of very intense stresses, aimed at testing the resistance of the device.
